1. What We Collect

We collect the information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the story details you share for your campaign. When you pay, your payment is handled by Stripe or PayPal; we receive confirmation of payment and your email, but we never receive or store your full card number.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to write and distribute your press release, run and report on your campaign, respond to your inquiries, send you service communications about your order, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

To fulfill your campaign, the content of your press release (which may include names and quotes you approve) is shared with media distribution partners and outlets, that is the Service. We also share information with service providers who help us operate (payment processors, email and hosting providers), and when required by law.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Our site uses only the technical storage needed to function. If we adopt analytics tools, they will be configured to collect aggregate usage statistics rather than to build advertising profiles. Payment pages are operated by Stripe and PayPal under their own privacy policies.

5. Retention

We keep campaign records for as long as needed to provide the Service, honor the placement guarantee, and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

6. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Email buzoncomm@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.

7. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
